1966 Taylor

Post by jdaw1 »

To mark the occasion of Mr Wolfgang Starz having become British, some of his new compatriots gathered at The Boot & Flogger to drink Port Fit for a New Subject of Her Majesty.

T66, decanted 06:45. red-pink, 50% opaque. Nose a rich medley of red fruit, including cherry and plum. Palate big and sweet and soft and faultless. Later it showed a hint of banana—not a standard Port fruit.

My WOTN; overall second.
