1991 Grahams VP

Post by Axel P » 08:33 Wed 13 Feb 2008

I never had the 91 yet. So here it comes: the colour was lighter than the 83/85 couple. The nose was very developed: Toffee and raspberry. The palate was a bit disappointing after smelling it: not enough concentration. The alcohol was completely integrated. Hints of Malt and red berry-mix. Fairly short aftertaste. Fun to drink, but more on the SQVP-style. Maybe with more decanting time. I don’t think that this wine has a long life ahead.
