Hello all, I have talked to the B&F today and they will let us have our standard food order rather than having to order from the rather less steak-led Christmas menu. I have checked the standard food order and a standard food order exists for everyone attending except CMAG and NickA.

Food order submitted, taking into account recent requests to change standard food orders; no standard food order exists for NickA and CMAG, so I have indicated to the B&F on their behalf simply that there will likely be some desire on their part for some steak.
I believe the list of ports to be settled. I have checked the placemats, thank you, and believe the file to be correct. I have printed the file (the placemats on A3, everything else on A4). I am not quite sure what to do with the pages past the 'corks' pages but someone will no doubt explain to me on the night.
I have updated the food order to include CMAG (cornish crab salad starter no longer on menu, indicative replacement is crayfish starter).
I much look forward to seeing again those of you I have met before, to meeting those who I have not met, and to trying lots of what I hope will be rather good ports.
Gents my apologies, unfortunately I am not well and will have to drop out of this tasting tomorrow. I hope you all have a good evening with some excellent Port.

Thank you - my order is: wild mushrooms on toast, five cheeses (the five of seven offered that are pasturised) and a side of chips. Many thanks again for organizing!
