Popped and poured over thanksgiving. No formal note, but after about 20 minutes the nose opened nicely; the alcohol and sweetness well balanced throughout. By no means a monster, this mellow tipple went down smoothly and threw only a spare sediment. Enjoyable as usual, but has me thinking about 3 more years to deplete what little I have left.
