As far as I can make out it says 750 ml on the bottle, which is 75 cl.

It may be an illusion, but see for yourself. It's standing next to a standard shape.

Alan,

It must be an illusion. A 75ml bottle would be 1/10th of the size of a 75cl bottle. 0.75l = 75cl = 750ml = 7500nl

The Wolf Blass looks slightly fatter, plus the plastic will be less thick than the glass which would explain why it looks slightly smaller.

Screw caps I can live with on this stuff but not plastic bottles - it reminds me of the cheap French crap you can buy on a booze cruize.

The cheapest wine you can buy in the supermarkets here are not even in a bottle but in the brick-shaped package you'd expect fruit juice to be in... Imagine buying a 1.5 litre package of wine for under 3 euros... Compared to that even the cheapest (real) port (2,99/75 cl bottle) would seem a luxury...

Turns out it is a full size bottle. Apologies for earlier confusion. Saw it in Tesco's for £7.49!!!!

Went straight to home and garden and bought 24 bottles. I can live with plastic glasses at that sort of saving!

Go on Derek, how does your Scottish Blood view it now, with that type of saving?

I'm a fan of Wolf Blass - I like their Yellow Label red stuff. Jo has downed many of these white things with soda water and seems to like it. I don't drink white so can't really comment.

You got a bargain. No doubt about it. But I still think plastic bottles should be inflicted on the French only

I'll sing La Marseillaise whilst I drink them, if that helps?

Around 2am, Debs was banging on the lounge ceiling, via our bedroom floor. I couldn't work out if that was positive or negative, but I definitely had the right words.
