Part of the DIY Kopke Tawny + White Tasting.
Notes: Bottled 2021. Quite similar colour, again, to the younger colheitas. Still no green. Second most expressive nose after the 1966. A bit fresher and less nutty. The mouth is more sprightly than the 1966 on first tasting with a decent hit of popping acidity. Caramalised oranges follow into a long aftertaste which finally concludes with some nuts. Very good, although I might just take the 1966 over this one, if offered both.

* A Note on Ratings
My rating system attempts to answer the question “is this a good Port?” one of three ways: N—No; P—Possibly; or C—Certainly. Ports generally are weighted slightly by their category. Therefore, a Ruby Port might receive a C rating for Certainly good which it might not were it to be a Vintage Port. I sometimes modify my rating with a plus or minus indicating that the Port is better or worse than might be expected for this category.
