From half bottle. Pop and decant and pour.
Nose pretty much non-existent albeit it is cellar cold. Vague hint of red fruit?
Chocolate cherries in kirsch on the palate.
Tart cherries and pebbles on the finish.
This is pretty nice, a bit more advanced (or better balanced, or more mature) than the last half of this I had a couple of years back, but I'm not unhappy about that difference.
But even so, on the evidence of this half, in bottle I suspect this need another 10 years to reach peak.
