GRRRRR!
A couple of days ago, we came back from a weekend of camping, to find almost all our decanters smashed on the floor. There must have been 10-15 of them... Only two survived, of course the cheapest and ugliest. A big bummer, especially as some decanters were pretty special to us. One beautiful piece was a gift that we valued very much and others were nice recollections of holidays in Portugal (Noval, Ramos Pinto). Most of them can be replaced of course, but still.... it was a horrible sight!
Re: GRRRRR!
I trust it was not your feline friend that was the cause?! (I assume it is your cat?)

Re: GRRRRR!
Sorry to hear about that. Such a waste.
At least we all know what to buy you for Christmas!

Ouch: that was surely a distressing sight.
Maybe I will be able to hunt down the glass man and have decanters made for you. Not forgotten!
