Taylor tawny (the New York one)

Anything but Port, this includes all wines other than fortified wines (which have their own section) even if they call themselves Port. There is a search facility for this part of the forum.

Is that "interesting" and to be repeated? Or "interesting experiment" and to be avoided in future at all costs?
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Interesting after having a full rich aussie shiraz (d'arenberg's dead arm to be precise).

But having tasted with a clean palate the next day, I'd avoid it at all cost. It imparts a weird plasticy liquor taste, like something aged in plastic jugs.
