What happened?
What happened?
What happened? There is no port, and my wine glass is empty. How could this be?

You poor soul - you must have moved to France! Are you in need of more supplies? If you can break through the blockade of striking LFF then we may be able to help.

Help!
Re: What happened?
I refuse to believe that France has run out of wine. There is no excuse for having an empty glass, even if you have no port.

Re: What happened?
Surely a glass of red wine + a small glass of cognac = a glass of port.
Should we not be encouraging TPF France to be making his own fortified red wine? He could even use red wine from the Douro region of Portugal. Grape brandy should be no problem. Even Metaxa make that.

More like Pineau des Charentes, unfortunately. A very attractive drink in its own right, but not quite Port...AHB wrote:Surely a glass of red wine + a small glass of cognac = a glass of port.
