NV Graham's Finest Reserve

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

Dark orange, looking rather mature. Offensively smelly on the nose, smells stewed or baked. Thick texture, with coffee and burnt orange on the tongue before a very unpleasant rubbery mid-palate - almost like licking an elastic band. Rubber dominates the aftertaste and finish. Very unpleasant - but clearly a bottle not cared for. Not rated.
