He is well read — perhaps better read than Plato’s bears. He professes interest in Port, but 53% of his posts are 1?@aT. Does he really exist?

Indeed, is he a regular on ThePortForum? No, is he a different regular? Has somebody—cue spooky music—a second identity, with whom to argue and to agree. (With whom to drink doesn’t count.)

Like any good scientific hypothesis, it is falsifiable. If the real LGTrotter were to come to a tasting, and we do organise some tastings, then this could be proven false.

Until when, it must remain a plausible hypothesis.

I noticed the it because being young and impressionable I was struck by it being older than me.
