A little cloudy, perhaps some powdery sediment dispersed in the wine. Aromas of coca cola, star anise, candy. Quite sweet on the palate with the alcohol standing out creating a little imbalance. The finish was medium+ though which is a positive trait. An OK port, just good without too much complexit...

A little TCA masked the fruit and the aroma components of this wine. If you look past this, it could be good. Tasted 06-Apr-22.

I liked the intensity of fruit on the palate however I found the nose a little closed. Fruity, with cherry, cranberries and prune and a medium+ finish. Very OK, just a little closed on the nose. 89/100, Tasted 06-Apr-22.

Nice nose, kirsch, tea, damson jam, plum and prune. I would have liked a little more acidity to balance against the sweetness however the finish is medium plus long. Not bad, in fact a very good port. 89/100
