35% opacity, red, amber rim. Lovely rich christmas cake fresh nose, red fruits. Soft, smooth entry, gentle heat mid to late palate, silky sweetness, oranges. Finish has extracted citrus notes, very dry and extracted.

70% opacity, deep dark red, purple rim. Rich chocolate nose. Light to mid tannins, unripe fruits, some acidity and bitterness in the finish.

80% opacity, deep, dark, dull red. Dates and figs on the nose. Rich, full mouthfeel, light tannins, red fruits not yet ripe, short finish with some bitterness.

40% oapcity, warm red, amber rim. Nose has drying fruit. Smooth entry then dryness on the palate, dried fruit, leather notes, liquorice, thyme.

35% opacity, warm red, copper rim. Lovely, rich, sweet nose, strawberries, candy, toffee. Quick to gentle heat and dryness, Fruit fading, extracted. Slight bitterness in the finish.

75% opacity, deep dark red. Nose is sweet, full of fruit and some candy. Surpisingly mid-weight, medium tannins, some acidity in the finish which tails off with dryness.
