Cockburns 1963

Post by Marcy »

I have nine remaining bottles of Cockburns 1963 from an original case that has been in my family and cellared since the early seventies.
We drank the last one in 2015 with some friends and it was just sublime.
I am asking £145 per bottle. My mobile is 07967006970.

I love the 1963 Cockburn, being a 1963 baby I have consumed quite a lot of it and thoroughly enjoy it.

I’m not planning on buying any so don’t have any vested interests in gently suggesting that you may be a little ambitious in your pricing. There are several UK wine merchants, such as Hatton & Edwards and Vintage Wine Gifts who are offering this for sale at retail for significantly less than you’re asking. As a result, you might find it difficult to sell your bottles for the price you’re asking unless you have an offer already in place - or you’re happy to drink them if you don’t sell them!
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
