This is now available to purchase if you are a Port Club member. It is said to have had an average of 17 years in wood.
It is certainly priced as though it were a 20yo but for my limited experience of drinking 20yo tawny, this is better. It has the typical Churchill style - rather on the dry side, which increasingly I enjoy.
This might just become the house tawny in Reigate!
