Hello

Post by hadge »

Hello All,

I'm British port lover and generally based in London but most of port is cellared outside in Bedfordshire.

I have been to the BBR port walk for the last couple of years which have been a lot of fun but do watchout I like a good debate on Wine vs Port cellaring differences! I also do enjoy a good auction and this is how i have been building up my port collection with VP and then buying LBV to cellar for around 10 years or more (to see what happens).

Hopefully i will be able to get to an event in the future.

Best

Harry

Harry,

Welcome to the Port Forum. I'm delighted you joined us. And please do join us at a future event. They are all open to anyone - all you have to do to join us is to post in the thread when someone decides to organise an evening (and bring a bottle of Port which matches the theme and cover your share of the costs, which usually works out at £50-60 including dinner, room hire, service, glasses and endless supplies of tap water).

Hope to see you again soon.

Alex
