Drunk at Ramos Pinto.

Thick texture. Little initial flavour but big on the mid-palate with lots of dates and burnt sugar. Well balanced, fresh - but only just with enough acidity. 88/100. 23-Jun-17. Pop 'n' pour.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
