1965 Dow Bomfim

Pale burnished gold, 20% opaque. A lovely warm smell of tobacco and poppies. Sweet, light and slightly hot. This has a nice mid-palate with more flavours showing. Good hot honey on the late palate. Very spicy and hot on the finish and a good length. 91/100. 05-Dec-17. Decanted 2 hours.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
