1974 Graham Colheita, from a 5cl supplied by Vintage Wine and Port. Tasted on the day of the official Graham Colheita tasting, but separately.
P'n'P.
A fairly pale madeira brown. More pungent and petrol-y (in a good way) on the nose than the 1963.
Richly orange-fruited palate. Persistent.
This is really rather good aged colheita. Given recent even more positive experiences with the Quevedo 1974 Colheita -were we robbed of a potentially great vintage port by the Carnation Revolution?
Consumed over 90 minutes in glass, 15 April 2021.
