2016 Maynard

Post by akzy »

Deep burgundy colour (who actually knows - I'm colourblind). The nose is pleasant and fruity. I believe the best way to describe this Port is 'liquefied raisins'. The taste initially is strong and present, however lingering tastes disappears quicker than others on show. Generally speaking quite smooth and drinks well now.

Score - a solid thumbs up.

Well, at €42 it was rude not to buy it.
