If a space becomes available would love to attend
Thanks
There are a couple of attendees who are strong maybe/likely. If either (or someone else) drops out I'll let you know.

Great stuff
I feel the recent tastings have been missing my world class palate!

Starter: Grilled flatbread with lemon and coriander houmous
Main: Sirloin (medium rare), chips, plus
bearnaise sauce*
*please! (the current menu only lists peppercorn, but
please ask if they could still do bearnaise for us as previously; thank you)

Hi, been travelling abroad, sorry for missing your messages. Wonderful as it sounds, I regret I am no longer able to make it to this tasting.
My fault: the placemats still had ’Dia as attending. Who is (or might be) her replacement?
Zak appears to be missing.

If bearnaise is an option, please may I switch my sauce to that?

Around the edges of the glasses circles, the spacing of “Quinta de Vale da Figueira” and of “Quinta Vale Dona Maria” look a little odd.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.
2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
