NV Pocas White 10YO (bottled 2019)

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

Bottled 2019. Pale orange, very light in colour - less than 10% opaque. A lovely, elegant nose of soft floral perfume. Nice texture on the palate with very soft flavours, but a little light and simple. The palate improves and fills nicely on the late palate and leads to a warm apricot aftertaste and a delightful apricot finish of good length. 87/100. Tasted 17-May-22.

Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
