NV Carlos Alonso Piano Ruby: Fine Ruby

Deep bramble colour, floral nose, hints of sweet bramble. Smooth textured wine, bramble fruit with a palate kept nimble and light, honeyed but with the perfect level of acidity and a touch of tannin. A very good and very drinkable Ruby reserve. 88/100. Tasted 09-Jun-22.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
