This thread to list possibilities, most especially of bottles.

There are twenty-two known declarations of Quinta da Cavadinha: 1978, ’79, ’82, ’84, ’86, ’87, ’88, ’89, ’90, ’92, ’95, ’96, ’98, ’99, 2001, ’02, ’04, ’05, ’06, ’10, ’12, ’15.

What do we have, and who has it?

Cavadinha 1982 (NAC);
Cavadinha 1984 (THRA, HTWH);
Cavadinha 1986 (THRA);
Cavadinha 1987 (NAC, THRA);

We have never attempted a vertical of Warre Cavadinha.† Surely we should.‡

Cavadinha is a rare large-shipper not-first-name brand. Entry might need to be restricted to those with bottles.

† We have verticalled full-declaration Warre: on 06 Oct 2021; on 24 Sep 2012 versus Fonseca; and, spoilt by dirty decanters, on 02 Oct 2009.
‡ Multiple second-brand/SQVPs are missing from our record, I seeing only Malvedos, Guimaraens, and a planned Terra Feita.

The ’95 and ’06 are opened. Cork of ’95 crumbled: I want the CEO of the cork company in prison. They have vandalised too much high-value product.

1982, 1987 and 2005 opened and double decanted last night at approx 1900.
Will leave tops off to breathe from now until I leave for B&F (so should be 6-7 hours).

Levels and corks were all good. QA samples on '82 and '87 good. '05 maybe a bit baked.
