40% opacity, toffee amber. Lovely warm rounded nose with lots of honeycomb, cedar, almonds. Very smooth in the mouth, honeycomb and almonds again. Very enjoyable. Noticeably different to the other two 30YO on parade at this event, the
Dow 30YO and the
San Leonardo 30YO .
