It's nearly 1st of December!

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

I've just realised what the date is. Tomorrow is December 1st. I need to get my advent calendar out of its box and loaded up with this year's little beauties.

Time to get busy...
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

Portious breakfast is an admirable concept but, alas (i) incompatible with advising on the minutiae of legislation and (ii) I won’t get my refills until 25 December. [I should have requested them as a thanksgiving present, will try to remember/ swing that for next year…]

I am quite fortunate in that my birthday falls between the start of the fourth quarter and the start of December.

Perhaps you could follow Royal Precedent and have two birthdays? Your official birthday, with all appropriate attendant pomp and ceremony (and gift), could be towards the end of November?
