Library release. The darkest of the three 2003 VPs at this tasting. The wine has a wonderful fragrant nose, so expressive! Less expressive on the palate than the nose.
A lovely elegance to the fruit on the palate and a lingering strawberry finish. 93/100. Tasted 18-Feb-2025.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
