From a case of six bottles, purchased en primeur in 2005 from Laithwaites.
18 March 2025
1030 decanted through muslin; pretty heavy thick sediment; QA sample all good.
XXXX back into bottle for transport to B&F.

Subtle nose. Red aniseed entry. Some chocolate. Herbal in the mid palate, long-ish finish. V good.
