Bring a bottle wrapped in foil Tuesday 16th June
It’s been ages since I have done a blind tasting, we used to do more of these bring a bottle wrapped in foil tastings. In the early days of TPF I think they were the most common type of tastings. We have become better at doing excellent organised verticals and horizontals. Once in a while a decent blind tasting is a lot of fun.
I think we will go for a Vintage Port from a classic vintage between 1960 and 1985 so it’s a bit less open to totally left field bottles
Thus has now been provisionally booked for Tuesday 16th June. I have the Red Room reserved so can do up to 14.
As I know I will get asked I don't mind if you bring in decanter but please bring original bottle wrapped in foil or the like for the great reveal!
I am at 14 but note everyone needs to confirm they can make this date

Definitely interested. Probably needs to be a week or so either side of RP tasting on Tuesday 9 June. Note one of England’s World Cup matches is on Tuesday 23 June

Yes, I’m up for this.

I love this theme. Subject to the date, I’m in.
