can anyone tell me something about Grahams Imperial dry port. I couldn`t find any information on the net.

Answer from IVDP

About the bottle in question, and in accordance with our files, we can confirm that this is a port wine sold by W.J. Graham under the name Old Dry port.

Because it’s a assembled wine lot (wine resulting from the junction of batches of wine of several harvest) without the right to use to indication of the year of harvest, it is not possible to indicate the year of production.

Seal of guarantee was provided to the company on 27 September 1957 by that wine was bottled in approximate date.

It is most likely a Reserve Ruby Port, as it was common back then for Reserve Ruby's to have catchy names on their labels. If that ends up being the case, it's going to be 50/50 if it's still good or not....only one way to find out :CC0033:
