S60. Glorious red. To taste light, with good length. Some red fruit, but dull.

Richard M. said, and and George S. concurred with, ‟flat”.

Cloudy in appearance; deep rose in colour. Elegant nose, light and floral and very attractive. Light bodied entry, full of fruit and dry tannins. Hot aftertaste, big finish. Delicious wine and surprisingly lively and youthful. Long finish. Very tasty port. 90/100.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
