S82, red, 50% opaque. Even at D+7hr a slight bottle stink. Light. GTDS said that ‟this bottle is a bit strange”.

50% opaque, burnt sienna in colour. Burnt rhubarb on the nose, big volume of scent. Sweet rhubarb on the impact - acidic and tart and with lots of burnt sugar. Hollow aftertaste, sweet rhubarb finish that leads to a dry emptiness. A disappointing showing. 80/100.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
