2011 Kloster Eberbach Wiesbadener Neroberg Riesling BA

This grows into a big PX finish, at the back of the palate, with an attack of sweetness. The nose is lighter though, not cloying at all. In the front of the palate it's light but it's too thick later on.

I noted this in my little black book: "nice nose, but lacks acidity and is thus not well balanced"
