With work, there is fruit in the nose. Quiet if rich sweetness too. Crisp, very little sweetness, rather mineral, little acidity.

My note says: "not much acidity, middling". With Riesling, old vines seem to produce wine with less acidity than is normal for younger vines. That's why I avoid them.
