Apologies for my lack of attention to matters culinary; happily, I am not fussy and shall order when I get there. More importantly, I have got the (correct) bottles lined up and ready to go.

My bottles have just been opened (but not decanted) to Audouze gently overnight before being decanted tomorrow at breakfast.
It seems that the Warre was purchased on release in February 1997 and had the most amazing cork which I had, before checking my cellar records, thought had been recorked recently.
