My plan is open the Graham on Monday evening; decant Tuesday morning. Was stood, in cellar, on Friday.

I am doing the same with the GC and F. Both were stood this afternoon.

W66 (for GEAG) removed from cellar & stood up this afternoon. Planning to open & decant early tomorrow evening. Will have a couple of hours in the decanter before going back into the bottle and Vac-U-Vining.

The T66SH will be opened tomorrow evening to check condition and then resealed.

Noval standing as we speak ....

Graham opened at 19:45, nosing delicious.

I’ll aim to do likewise.

F and GC double-decanted at 14.00. Decanter priming samples of both show great promise.

Paperwork printed.

Croft decanted at 0700. QC sample all fine.

14 VP from 1966 and 1 Colheita. This should be an epic tasting. Enjoy, everyone.
