I've made that tweak ....

Since Mac & Cheese is no longer on the menu I've removed this from anybodies default listing - if you would like something else please let me know

after the slight issues with number of glasses available at the Vesuvio evening (!!) I have tweaked the default food order to now include the top line identifying the number of attendees and number of bottles and hence number of glasses required, hopefully this will assist with the issue.

Updated:

Starter: Flatbread, lemon & coriander houmous
Main: Ribeye steak (Medium rare)
+ peppercorn* sauce
+ chips

*reluctantly; bearnaise strongly preferred if ever available again.

Request update to:

Starter - smoked salmon.
Main - ribeye (MR), fries, spinach and peppercorn sauce.
Dessert - welsh rarebit.

I have tweaked the default food order to reflect Alex, George and myself. I have also removed any items that are not on the present menu ... mostly thats crab starters.

Please check your default order is now correct - you only have yourself to blame if you end up with a starter of fresh air and no desert.

This weeks menu can be found here and then post into this thread asking for the default order to be updated.

We do have some specials that we can order that are not on the main published menu and they are ....

Tomahawk 900g-1000g to share £82
Fillet 230g £46
Sirloin 600g on the bone £60
Chateaubriand to share £86

The added cost of these are calculated by the person organising the tasting

If your organising a tasting then the word doc also has glass information and booking ref details so you can end up with a pdf to email over to the B&F
