With any luck, I have updated the placemats to reflect the current state of play. Could I have any further amendments either here or by email (preferably before lunch?).

It's just taken an hour for the port to work its way slowly through the filter paper, but I am now done and prepared - decanted (on average) at 2pm, to be drunk at 7pm.

Can anyone bring some foil?

Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
