Without a doubt Quinta do Noval.
And what a lovely sight it is too!

I hope Oscar sees this as he has some stunning pics of the Douro covered in snow, taken at one of his Quintas.

A fabulous photograph, but forgive my ignorance - how would you know it was Noval, let alone any vineyard, never mind one in the Douro?

Once you have been to and seen Noval you will never forget it

The photograph was sent to me by Rute Monteiro, Noval's Marketing Manager, and was taken under the canopy of vines that line the driveway up to the Quinta house. For those who have visited the Quinta, the canopy is a very recognisable landmark.

I have some more pictures that Rute sent to me that I will post later.

Looking forward to seeing them; snow makes for great photographic opportunities, but the same snow makes it tricky to get to these places!

Been to Noval once. Been to lots of other Vineyards in all sorts of places. I thought it was Noval in an instant. Do not ask why.
