Decanter labels assembled.

My bottle decanted 13:15, and smelling very fine.

My bottle is standing up ready for the Monday 27 July, 2015 - Bring a bottle to share with yourself tasting.

Food: No starter; T-Bone of Derbyshire Pork Loin with oven roasted potato strips and a Houses of Parliament Jus; Some dodgy old Guyere that has been in the fridge for far too long.

My bottle was decanted at 0800 this morning and all seemed well at that point.
