This thread got me over to ebay for a search, which turned
this up.
It also turned up the artwork of Raymond Campbell, who frequently paints still-life's that include Port. He's somewhere in the UK, anyone reached out?

14 bottles, starting with '63 and ending with '07.
So all you need now is 4 or 5 volunteers to fly to Seattle to help you quality assure your purchase?

If that happens, I would be pleased to open my vertical. Keep me apprised of travel plans.
Note that you're still on the hook for the 1985 horizontal in '15. I have 23 bottles ready for that and know of another contributor who can expand it by 3 (at last check), so it's going to be an epic gathering even if some of the Ports are not quite as epic.

Must admit to being quite pleased. They said the offer had ended but someone must have forgotten to take it off shelf so as it was still advertised at that price and they advertise that they will refund twice difference if they overcharge they had no option but to give refund.

Anyone got any current tips on supermarket purchases of NV tipples for routine consumption? Currently enjoying a Passadouro at the moment and the cellar is looking very unloved apart from a few of those. Urgently need to shop.

It is hard to resist when only £4 per half, and so quaffable. Just thinking about it brings the flavour back to my taste-buds. I might open one of mine tonight.

I obviously panicked more than you did, a baker's dozen were acquired from my local Tesco this morning for £49.40. Interestingly, they now seem to be priced at £4 as there was no special offer ticket on the shelf. I wonder if they have been permanently re-priced to get them off the shelf?

Also just acquiring 24 x D92 Bonfim for longer term consumption.

My local Tesco no longer has a place on the shelf for Croft LBV. This is a de-stocktastic offer - go sweep the shelves!!!!!!!!

Has been none in my local Tesco for a while, but fortunately was passing by another huge Tesco this morning, nipped in to check and bought their remaining 6 bottles; had been after a few more after drinking a few of them recently; will try again later this week just in case they have any more to put out

One of my local Tesco stores had moved all of their remaining half bottles of Croft 04 LBV to the "Special Offers" wine shelf. They now have none left
It is worth looking around all the places where Tesco put their special offer wines before assuming they have none left

That was only in Q1. We're now into a new tax year, a new quarter and it's nearly St George's Day. And my magic spreadsheet says that I need another 600 bottles if I want to have enough to drink 2 bottles of port a week for the rest of my life. I am in grave danger of running out! More seriously, my plan is to buy 1-2 cases a year of new release vintages and 2-3 cases a year of other port. So far this year I have bought 12 bottles of Bomfim 1992 and 2 bottles of 1963 port for myself - I think that's quite restrained
