Nope to all of the above-although the last mentioned is clearly integral to my education! And I've obviously been waxing too much about (the late lamented ) Krohn (we should a wake). Clue: it wasn't in this country.

You are correct. Google lists the address as "St. James Street" but then displays it on the map as "St. James's Street".
BBR's website says St. James's Street, though, so I'll take that as final authority.
