990 < 1000 < OldBridgeFjell < 1191
962 is closer than 1191
1032 is closest
1075 is 3rd

So... 1032 then 990 then 1075, which I believe puts it between 1000 and 1032. According to Peakery, there are only 2 possible answers left.

Not my turn.

Glenn, I never heard of Peakery before, so you coming up with the names of mountains made me think you knew this area of Norway.
Now everybody are on the same level.

I believe that can be narrowed further:

Therefore, 1012 <= OldBridgeFjell <= 1031

Hint:
The mountain is named after a woman land owner, who when being told that her land would expand to where she could place the "bordermarkingstone". She, unfortunately for her, took one step too many, but her heirs own to the bottom of the mountain.

I admit that having guessed that, I wasn't sure the colour was quite right for SL - a little too red, perhaps more like a Sandeman 40yr?

Also not Sandeman, but I like your thinking. Bottled in 2007 and likely purchased in 2009. IIRC there was a buyer's op.

Of the producers guessed so far, I believe that a Niepoort property is closest to the property that I visited, with a Sandeman property in second. I have never toured either the Niepoort property or the Sandeman property.

Correct!

The first (and only) time I visited Noval in 2008, I didn't even know they made tawnies. I was such a n00b. Not too long after that there was a buying opportunity and I picked up about a case of the 40-yr old. This is my last bottle from that case, and it is showing beautifully for 10 years in bottle!
