2000 Quinta do Noval Colheita (bottled 2014)

Bottled January 2014. Deep red in colour, 50% opaque. Strong nose of typical colheita smells, a touch of VA and powerful pistachio paste. Smooth texture with vanilla pods and strawberries cut by a powerful acidity. Oranges on the late palate, big in flavour. Fruity and chewy finish, great length with a hint of tannins. 90/100. 22-Apr-16
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
