South African look alike

A bottle of Bredell's Cape Vintage Reserve 1998 lurks here. Has anyone experience of this wine and any views on decanting time?
It may be drivel, but it's not meaningless.

I've got a bottle of Bredell's 2000 lying down at home. It's effectively an LBV (and, from what I have heard, a good one) so treat it as such and enjoy drinking it over a few days.

While I have had a few South African ports, I've not yet tried one from Bredell

Sounds inviting. I shall report on the result.
