35% opacity, warm red. Raisined nose. Tannic, dry. Raisins. Has acidity but not much in the way of fruit. Seems dried out.

Mature red in colour, 40% opaque. A gentle nose of raisins and toffee but there is a hint of harshness lurking behind the fruit. Raisins and golden sultanas flow onto the tongue with the first sip, accompanied by a surprising amount of tertiary sugars and burnt raisins. A slight rubbery tone shows on the aftertaste, which leads to a redcurrant cordial finish that is relatively short. 84/100.

F83. Red-pink, 30% opaque. Nose of artificial sweetness, saccharine. Palate not liked: astringent early, then acidic.
