TB67, BBR-bottled in 1969. Palate with lots of red fruit. Much more like proper VP than the Oporto-bottled version. Artificial sweetener for most of the palate, but very dry late.

30% opacity, warm red, orange rim. Nose of dried red fruits. Gentle heat along the palate. Dried fruit - cranberries. Dryness. Did I say dry?

Bottled by Berry Brothers in 1969. Pale rose red, 20% opaque. Faint and gentle nose, soft but with some fruit. Balanced entry, full of sweet fruit with a great core of acidity and some gentle tannins. Slightly dry centre to the aftertaste, with a dry finish and a long, dry, aniseed and licorice root length. 89/100. Decanted 7½ hours.
