K67 colheita, quickly tasted away from the main table as a I rushed to the door. Dark on the eye. Palate rich and big, powerful. My favourite of the colheitas.

Bottled 2017. Enjoyable port drunk chilled on a hot (by UK standards – perhaps 24°C) day. The intensity and acidity held the wine together well. Not scored.
Top Ports in 2022: Quinta do Noval Nacional 1931. I have never drunk such a wonderful bottle of Port. I cried with joy.

2023: Fonseca 1966. There are not many better Ports, except a good bottle of Fonseca 1927. Wow!
