Looks like Tuesday 3rd July is the best date all round.
I'll have a look at what I have at home to inspire a theme, noting that 1963 is already happening in April. Perhaps a 1970?

Thanks for the reminder - I just emailed the B&F.
Having checked the football World Cup schedule, they may be busy with a game on the Tuesday, so have also asked if Wednesday works as a backup date.

B&F is available, would we like the Red or Green room (looks like ~10 of us)?

As my first time organising, anything else I should be doing? (request for food orders coming soon)

With 10 we need the Red room, Green is only really big enough for 6 or 7 at push when we have all our glasses / food on the table. We you book make it clear that you are part of the TPF and ask for glasses, if 10 of us we will need about 120. Sounds like you have the food order in hand but this is needed ideally a few days before.

Thanks, I've requested the Red room.
I quoted TPF in the booking and mentioned glasses (thanks for clarifying how many). Kate is dealing with us and says she's helped organise a few TPF offlines before, which should help.

MPM confirming, food order in the standing thread. Are we going with the '70s theme or something else?

I'm game.

Are we going for an open 'bring a bottle to share' theme - or perhaps another ABV event?

Currently I’m unlikely to attend.

Given a theme, and perhaps more details, placemats will be made. Decisions decisions.

Having checked what I have to hand, I think it'll be an open "bring a bottle to share", as I am undecided what I want to bring and don't have a theme that fits all possible options.

Blind or sighted?

Do you want the placemats plain or decorated?

Post your food order in The Standard Food Order, from which I’ll assemble a food order.
